Registration Information

Registration for all age levels is open via Ultracamp. Click here to visit the registration page.

Please Note:

Registration will happen in two steps. Once you complete the first step, you will get a notification that your child is placed on the Wait List. This does NOT mean the unit has already been filled.

It simply means we have not yet assembled the volunteers for that unit. Once we fill the volunteer positions, we will open up the waitlist and you will receive a notification to finish your registration.

Once the adult volunteers are arranged, a girl's acceptance to day camp is determined by:

• Does she have an adult volunteering at camp 2-5 days?

• Does she have an adult volunteering at camp 1 day?

• The date her online registration was completed.

Steps for UltraCamp Registration (after logging in):

1. Click on "Make A Reservation" (midway down the page on the right).
2. Below the list of names, click on the last option, "View Upcoming Sessions".
3. Click on the one that is appropriate for your daughter. Please note that you are registering her for the grade she will be entering in the fall.
4. You will receive a message noting camp is full. This is NOT the case. Please continue clicking to add yourself to the waitlist. Every single camper and program aide is added to the waitlist so don't stress!

5. Once you receive word that your camper has been moved off of the waitlist, please follow these steps:

1. Visit this link and log in.

2. Click Make A New Reservation.

3. Click on your camper's name. The main camp session should be available to you now.

4. Complete the registration.

5. Repeat for each camper in your family and then check out to pay.
